The rules of engagement.

This isn't a legal document. It's a partnership document. Read it before we start, and we'll both know exactly where we stand.

What we build

AI that helps your business operate better:

  • · Summarizing, routing, and triaging information you'd otherwise drown in
  • · Pulling insights out of data you already have but never have time to read
  • · Automating repetitive admin so your team can focus on the work that pays
  • · Capturing leads, following up, giving you a clean morning brief

What we won't do

We'll politely decline, no matter how the request is dressed up:

  • · Legal, medical, or individual financial advice. We surface and summarize — your professionals still sign off.
  • · Individual HR decisions. AI is a poor substitute when someone's livelihood is at stake.
  • · Anything illegal. Full stop.
  • · Impersonation without consent. No cloning voices, faces, or writing styles without written agreement.
  • · Third-party PII you don't have rights to.
  • · Competitor data we shouldn't have. Even if it would be useful.

How we work together

  • · One business per engagement. Multiple businesses = multiple engagements. Happily.
  • · Conversations and outputs are logged. You always have access to your own data.
  • · We may decline a Sprint. A "no" up front beats a bad build later.
  • · Abuse ends the engagement. We refund unused retainer time and walk away cleanly.
